ORDER & SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country. The list below gives an estimation about the total duration for processing and shipping.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Petit Clays will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Petit Clay’s does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
YOU HAVE SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently: Your order number The name of the item you did not receive The name of the item you received in it’s place A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo Once we’ve received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you as soon as possible! You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Greece, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Petit Clay’s does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Easy Peasy! As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following: Changing the item or size Delivery/billing address Adding items to your order Shipping method After we ship your order, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to cancel it my messaging us. *If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order only if the product is faulty or not the product you ordered. Just sent the product back in its original condition and without the previously used postage labels.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS ?
No exchanges are applicable due to hygiene purposes. Except only if the product is faulty, damaged or wrong product from us and within 14 days after product arrived to you.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS ?
Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. (Only Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Products) Want to return something? Easy peasy. Just email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for returning & we will set you up for returning! Do I need to pay for the return? Yes you pay the costs of the shipping and you send us a receipt for your shipping with a tracking number. We immediately are going to pay for the shipping cost back to you Got Questions? I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Depending on the service & country you’re returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 25 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Please send us the following info: Your Order Number Item Name Photos that show: Product fault as clearly as possible Full-length photo of the item The Petit Clay’s Box & Packaging There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time. If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 14 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
